Tuesday 1st May 2018 10:45Book and Jigsaw ExchangeThis monthly venture meets at 10.45am, after the morning service. Free coffee and biscuits, borrow as many books and/or jigsaws as long as you return the same number within 3 months.

Short simple reflective service for all ages and all people. Do come along and enjoy the peace of our beautiful ancient building as a space for prayer and gentle reflection
Thursday 3rd May 2018 08:00 - 10:00St Buryan Breakfast Club4 Lisbon Terrace, from 8am until 10am. Come and enjoy tea, coffee, OJ, toast, croissants and bacon to set you up for the day.
Everyone is very welcome.

Sunday 6th May 2018 11:00 - 11:45Family ServiceThis is a less formal service for young and not-so-young, to worship and explore together what it means to be a Christian. There is singing and reading from the bible but also some imaginative ways to explore how we understand faith and our lives.
Thursday 10th May 2018 Thy Kingdom Come 2018 a global prayer campaign, supported by the Archbishops of Canterbury and York, to encourage us all to pray 'Come holy Spirit' from Ascension Day, Thursday 10th May to Pentecost Sunday 20th May 2018. More information available on www.ThyKingdomCome.global
08:00Ascension DayOn Thursday 10th May, Archdeacon Bill will lead us in prayers at 8am to start the ‘Thy Kingdom Come’ ten days of prayer, and then for those who book in advance, a delicious cooked breakfast (price tbc) Tel Vanda 810216 if you want to book a place.

10:00St Buryan Feast ServiceOn Sunday 13th May, at 10am. A celebration of the life of the church and its patron saint with a feast of music, and remember no morning services in St Levan or Sennen today.
16:30Messy ChurchIs on Sunday 13th May at 4.30pm in Porthcurno Telegraph Museum (venue tbc). Come and join in a fun afternoon of crafts, activities, stories and games, ending with a delicious tea. Wear clothes that can get messy! All ages welcome, children must be accompanied by an adult. No charge, donations welcome to pay for venues. Details from Vanda.

Sunday 20th May 2018 11:00Worship - Family EucharistThis is a less formal service of communion, still with readings hymns and prayers but these may be less formally led than in the Eucharist; therefore being as accessible as possible.
Approx 50 minutes
Sunday 27th May 2018 11:00Worship - The EucharistThis is a more traditional service, also known as Holy Communion or the Lord’s Supper. People from the congregation read from the bible and offer prayers for the whole community. This service lasts about an hour.
18:00The Youth GroupThis group is for young people from the last term of year six and into secondary education and membership is dependent on a church connection. Further details from Vanda.
Monday 28th May 2018 Tower Open Day St Buryan church are holding a Tower Open Day on Monday 28th May to raise funds for St Buryan church. Helpers needed for Cream Teas, Cake Stall, tickets, merchandise stall and tower guides please. More details from Fiona.
